I have read complaints about the oven not turning off. The oven fan continues to run after the heat turns off to help cool it down. The oven then turns off automatically after a few minutes. The digital presets help tremendously, but it is so easy to adjust time or temperature if needed. My wife and I have been using this little oven as our main means of cooking since we received it.
